I have been creating since I was little. As a kid, I used to go to art camps in the summer, make little paper dress up dolls and paint with my grandma. Art was something I always enjoyed but it wasn't until middle school that I realized art was something I wanted to pursue. In seventh grade I started drawing manga and cartoon characters then eventually moved to painting. I enjoyed painting but I felt like something was missing. So, in high school I taught myself how to draw/paint digitally. This opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me when it came to my art.
I decided to go to school for Graphic Design because I loved the idea of being able to create digitally, and I knew it would help me expand my creative skills. Not only did my skills grow, but so did my style. Because of college and print making I was able to find myself as an artist. I also explored other creative avenues and found out I love animation!
I have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premier Pro. I also have experience in Toon Boom as well. As an artist, I believe in keeping myself well rounded. I enjoy learning new programs, trying out new mediums and learning new skills. Next, I plan on learning 3D animation.
